Turning an expert framework into a product that runs itself

The constraint

Dr Jodi O'Dell spent years developing a psychological framework that measures mindset and produces detailed assessments. The insight was strong, but every report needed expert interpretation, so the product could not scale beyond her own time.

What we built

An AI agent trained on her framework that interprets assessment outputs into clear, accessible reports without an expert in the loop. We then added a 12 step email programme that turns the insight into ongoing action and produces an impact report at the end.

The result

A scalable digital layer on what was previously a one to one service. Jodi is now running live pilots with a product that works without her in the room.

The constraint

A strategic consultancy advising serviced accommodation portfolio owners and operators. Every client case meant manually gathering data from government sources for analysis: around six hours per case, with a hard limit of one case a day. The founder was constantly choosing between doing the reports and growing the business.

What we built

A tool that gathers and processes the data automatically and prepares each case for analysis. The same work now takes around an hour.

The result

Capacity is up four to five times on the same hours. The time that went into data work now goes into marketing and new clients, and the business can scale for the first time.

Anything repetitive with a clear input and output. Producing reports from data, gathering and qualifying information, answering the same customer questions, or moving information between systems. If you can describe how the work is done, most of it can usually be automated. The judgement calls stay with you.
Most projects land between £3,000 and £5,000, with a fixed price agreed up front once the scope is clear. If the task is not worth that money, we will say so on the call. There is no point automating something that costs you less than the build.

No. You need to know your business and we handle the rest. A lot of the value is in shaping the solution together. You bring the problem and we turn it into something practical.
